Deposits
- When making a reservation for tours or accommodation a 10% deposit
may be required to secure booking with tour operator and hotel
property
- Remaining outstanding amount indicated on your detailed voucher
and reservation fax is to be paid directly to tour operator or
hotel property on travelling date or check in date.

Payment
- Can be done by credit card via email, fax or
phone or by our online booking procedures, which is a secure method
of advising us of your credit card details.
- We are able to fax you a form, which can be
filled out and signed for us to process as no credit cards can
be processed without client's signature.

Cancellation policies
- Cairns travellers tours and tips do not charge
cancellation fees, however, some tour operators may have their
own cancellation fees so we will pass the cancellation onto the
operator and they will advise us if a cancellation fee is required.
We would advise you to give us 48 hours notice if cancelling tour
out of courtesy to operators and then deposit will be fully refunded.
- Hotel properties do have a cancellation policy
of 10% cancellation fee if not cancelled within 72 hours of arrival
date. 10% deposit will not be refunded.

Confirmation
- We can confirm all trips and bookings immediately,
however, if we have not responded within 48 hours please email
us once again as an error may have occurred online.
